What kind of psychiatric services do you offer?I provide comprehensive psychiatric care, including psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and innovative non-medication therapies such as ExoMind TMS, Biosound Therapy, and Mild Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (mHBOT).

Who do you treat?I work with adolescents (age 15 and up), and adults who are experiencing mental health concerns such as depression, anxiety, OCD, PTSD, ADHD, insomnia, binge eating disorder and more. Each treatment plan is personalized to meet the specific needs of the individual.

What happens during a psychiatric evaluation?A psychiatric evaluation is a comprehensive assessment of your mental health history, symptoms, medical background, and goals for treatment. It helps determine a diagnosis and guide the most effective treatment plan moving forward.

How often will I need follow-up visits for medication management?Follow-up frequency varies depending on your specific needs, but most patients are seen every 2–6 weeks initially. Once your treatment plan is stabilized, follow-up visits may become less frequent.

What if I don’t want to take medication?That’s completely okay. While medications can be helpful for many, I also offer non-medication-based treatments such as TMS, biosound therapy, and hyperbaric oxygen therapy for those seeking alternatives.

What is ExoMind TMS Therapy?ExoMind TMS (Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation) is a non-invasive, FDA-cleared treatment for depression and other mood disorders. It uses magnetic pulses to stimulate targeted areas of the brain that are underactive in individuals with depression.

Is TMS safe and does it hurt?TMS is considered safe and well-tolerated. Most patients experience only mild discomfort or tapping sensations during treatment. There is no sedation or downtime required.

How long does ExoMind therapy session take, and how many sessions are needed?Each session lasts about 25 minutes. A full course typically involves 1-2 sessions per week over 3-6 weeks, depending on your individual response and treatment plan.

What is Biosound Therapy?Biosound Therapy combines biofeedback, guided meditation, music therapy, and sound vibration therapy to help reduce anxiety, promote relaxation, and support emotional well-being. It’s a natural, non-invasive option that can be used alone or alongside other treatments.

Who can benefit from Biosound Therapy?Many individuals dealing with stress, anxiety, trauma, or insomnia find Biosound Therapy deeply calming and helpful. It’s also a great complement to talk therapy or medication management.
